Here at Occasions, we pride ourselves on quality service and creating a stress free experience for you and your guests. We offer different pricing options and partner with many preferred vendors so that you can have the event of your dreams.

Frequentrly Asked Questions

1) Do you have in house catering?

Answer: NO. However, we do have a preferred vendor list that works well with our venue so you may have the choice of who you would like to bring in. You may also bring in anyone that you want to work with outside of our list. 

2.) Do you require any and all food to come from a licensed caterer?

Answer: Yes. Food can come from a licensed caterer or a grocery store in containers. A copy of your caterers license will be required when booking.  

3.) Do you have an in house DJ?

Answer: NO. We do have preferred DJ's that we work well with, but you are welcome to hire your own. 

4.) Do you have your own staff?

Answer: Yes. When you book us for a full day, that does include a wait staff that can assist with set up of our tables and chairs and tear down of your décor. 

5.) Do you have your own Tables and Chairs?

Answer: Yes. 

6.) Do you have a Liquor License?

Answer: NO. We currently do NOT have a liquor license so you may bring in all of your own alcohol. However, we contract bartending with a local company called Limitless Bar Company who offers packages and rentals for you to choose from. You must use them for any and all bartending. 

7.) Do you have Table linens and décor?

Answer: We have an in house decorating company called Odds & Ends Events LLC that has built packages that offer everything from linens, to rentals of décor, to Floral (silk and real), to coordination and planning. They also have staff that can Officiate your wedding. We prefer that you use them because of their exceptional quality, however you may bring your own. 

8.) Can I have my ceremony outside?

Answer: Yes, Absolutely! You have the choice of anywhere on our property. We are also right next to a beautiful park with a large pavilion that can be rented for the day through the township. 

9.) Do you offer a tent?

Answer: We do NOT have tents, but you are welcome to rent them through any tent rental company. 

10.) If our caterer does NOT give the option to serve food, do you have staff that can do that. 

Answer: Yes. We offer staffing through Limitless Bar Company. Some fees may be applied.
